Fair returns for complex materials
We understand construction timelines are tight. Our policy balances supplier requirements with the urgency of your projects.
How returns work
- 1Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery via the order dashboard or support@benaalink.com.
- 2Provide site photos, batch numbers, and a description of the issue so we can coordinate with the supplier.
- 3Once approved, arrange pickup or drop-off using our logistics partners. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Non-returnable items
Custom-fabricated materials, special-order finishes, and temperature-sensitive products may not be eligible for returns unless defects are documented on delivery.
